NOTE: Make sure item is legal in your area to own prior to ordering.
 

2. Ordering & Payment Options

• Orders will be placed using our online shopping cart system, this allows you & us to keep track of your order, we do not take retail phone orders. FFL dealers are welcome to call in their order.
   

• Payment Options: certified check, or money orders. No personal, company checks or COD's. Website pricing relects a 3% cash discount for certified fund transactions. VISA & MASTERCARD would not reflect the 3 % discount There is no tax on orders outside of Maryland.
  
  Deposits On out of stock items & orders we will require a $100 deposit, the balance will be due once the item is in stock & ready to ship.
   

• CHECKOUT STEPS:
  1. Click "Add to cart" in the product details page. After you add the product to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to create a new account or login (if you have not already created an account)
  
  2. Click "Yes" I have already contacted Atlantic Firearms and the product is in stock.
  
  3. If your FFL is in our database - Choose the FFL name that your gun will be shipping to and skip to step #5 ,please make sure you have confirmed with your ffl that they will handle the transfer for you.

  4. If your FFL is NOT our database - If you have not lined them up yet, you can skip this step. When you complete your order, print your receipt twice. Give one to your FFL dealer and have him include it with a copy of his FFL paperwork and fax/mail to Atlanticfirearms.com. Your order will not ship until your FFL has sent in a copy of your order receipt & their FFL.

Please note : We must have the Order Receipt faxed or sent with the FFL, this allows us to know who & what the faxed FFL is for, if we do not get this we will not process the order .

If you can not get the order receipt to the dealer please have them write this info as we list below.

Please note failure to include the Order Receipt or the 3 Items requested with the FFL will result in the order not shipping so please follow these instructions closely.

5. Enter your billing and shipping information.
- IF purchasing a GUN, then enter the FFL's address in the shipping field.
- IF purchasing MAGS, then enter your OWN address in the shipping field.

6. Choose your correct shipping method from the pull down menu.
7. Choose your payment type from the pull down menu.
8. Enter your Credit card number
9. Confirm order
10. Print two Receipts

*Prices on web site do not include shipping and will be added
  during check out.

Shipping • $20 per rifle in the lower 48 states . • Hawaii & Alaska shipping $65.00 • Oversize rifles: $55.00 and will be denoted in the item description • Magazines & Accessories $8.00 flat rate • We do not ship outside of the 50 U.S. States. • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes • We only ship FedEx Ground and do not offer other methods.

Other Notes

• All items are shipped , you can not pick up your order
• There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Maryland.
• A 6% sales tax will apply to all Maryland sales.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we can not fill the order in the time frame quoted.
• Please note; You are responsible for verifying legality of the purchase prior to ordering.
• Photos on web site are stock photos, we do not take individual pictures of each item we sell.
• Canceled or changed orders will incur a 20% penalty of total sale
• No Hi capacity magazine shipments to restricted states.
