AK47 Rifle Polish Railed Handguard System GEN 1-Blem features
- Lower handguard with integrated Picatinny rails
- STANAG 4694 Material: aluminium Weight: 273 grams Works with all standard AKMs
This AK47 Polish Tactical rail system was designed by WBP in Poland to offer shooters a light weight Military grade option for mounting optics and accessories. The upper rail is integrated and machined as a one piece gas tube and replaces the stock gas tube. This provides a solid upper rail that will not lose zero like other hand guard sets. The WBP Rails are fully machined and designed to fit a wide variety of AK's on the market.
This Polish WBP rail system will work with most stamped AK's on the market like the Romanian, Polish, East German, Egyptian, most Russian (will not work with Veprs or Saigas that are not fully converted) and more! Will not work with Yugo / Serbian based AK rifles.
We are offering these at a discounted price due to cosmetic blemishes on the metal surface.
In most cases, the lower handguard should fit all WBP manufactured rifles right out of the box but due to differences in assembly and part tolerances between manufacturers it often requires minor fitting.
The one piece machined gas tube system was purposely designed oversized so it can fit all compatible AK's securely. It will require a small amount of filing or dremeling to fit to the rifle. Once the unit is fitted or filed on we will not accept any returns on it under any circumstances so please remove a small amount of material at a time. WBP has supplied an instructional video for users to avoid issues.
Place the rear side of the handguard in the area of the receiver under the trunnion. If it does not fit out of the box, then areas where paint got scraped off will require filing. Use a file to take off excess material from surfaces to ensure proper fitment. Be very careful in order not to file down too much material, that will result in the part getting loose. If you do not feel comfortable installing this part on your own, please contact a professional gunsmith.
