The 16” AK 47 barrel has been engineered to seamlessly fit an AR-15 flat top M4 Mil-Spec upper receiver are forged CNC Machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum, the hardest and most durable material of any upper! To ensure even more strength they are hard coat anodized in Mil-Spec Type 3 in rugged black. These are heavy barreled uppers.
The 16” 7.62x39 barrel is the perfect marriage of AK 47 & AR-15! It has the take down power of an AK but the functionality and accuracy of an AR-15! This barrel has a 1:10 twist rate, carbine gas system and head spaced twice from the US manufacturer. It is made from the strongest steel in barrel world, 4150 Chrome Molly then nitride coated for durability and accuracy!
The rail is engineered and manufactured in Germany. The 12” Keymod has a modern design and is made from Airplane grade Aluminum, extruded with the most accurate machines in Germany and CNC milled with computer accuracy! The rails are then hard coat anodized to improve the strength and eliminate heat when running rapid fire! The rail has “Anti-Turning Milling” technology which eliminates turning of the rail so your scope is always zeroed in!
What sets these apart from the rest is CBC uses a lapping tool that is coated with a compound and attached to a standard drill for approximately 10 minutes, taking the natural beveled edge and flatting the surface. Blue Loctite is then placed on the barrel extension and spread evenly on the extension. The barrel and receiver are then placed together and the barrel nut is torqued on. It is then left on a flat surface for 24 hours to allow the liquid to cure. This unique process takes the beveled receiver end and flattens it so it becomes more flush with the barrel nut ring. This ensures a more accurate alignment, in turn making a more accurate shot.
