In the interest of the collector, Atlantic Firearms is willing to work with its customers in order to enable them to purchase the items they desire in a cost effective and timely manner. Due to already low profit margins Atlantic Firearms is able to work with its customers on a payment plan up to 45 days from purchase date.

TO PLACE A LAYAWAY ORDER ON THE WEB SITE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Selecting a product:
Find and choose the product you need. Products eligible for deferred payment will be marked with the phrase "Layaway starts from", which indicates the minimum down payment required for that item. Add the product to your cart. 2. Placing your order:
Once you have finished selecting items, open your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in any missing delivery and payment information. Choose the payment method — in this case, "Pay by Layaway". 3. Confirming your order:
Review the terms and conditions, then click "Continue". After placing the order, you will be redirected to a page where you can adjust the initial payment amount (for eligible products). 4. Adjusting the initial payment:
The minimum required down payment is 25% of the product's total price. To change the payment amount, click "Change First Payment", enter the desired amount, and confirm by clicking "Change Payment". 5. Payment:
If you are satisfied with the final amount, click "Pay Now" to complete the payment. You must pay the remaining balance within 45 days. You will receive notifications reminding you of the upcoming deadline.

TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON AN EXISTING LAYAWAY ORDER PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Accessing account:
Select the "Installment" section in your account. Unpaid orders show as "Processing". Account UI
2. Choosing order:
Select the order and "View" its details to see your remaining balance. Choose Order UI
3. Partial payment:
Select the payment by clicking the circle next to it, then click "Proceed to Pay". Partial Payment UI
4. Custom payment:
Enter a specific amount, confirm, and select the entry to complete. Custom Payment UI
5. Pay in Full:
Click "Full Payment" to consolidate all payments into one transaction. Change Payment UI
6. Canceling payment:
Simply go to your cart and remove the payment item to cancel. Cancel Payment UI

GENERAL LAYAWAY TERMS

• Layaway items must be $400.00 or higher in value to qualify for plan.
• 25% must be put down at time of purchase and the balance is due within 45 days.
• All layaway orders must be paid via Credit Card. NO money order or checks.
• It is the customers responsibility to log into their account & make the payments.
There is No Grace period. 45 days is the max time frame.
• We do not offer layaway on all items.
• We do not offer ANY modifications to layaway orders.
• Orders will not ship until final payment has been made.
• Overdue layaway will be canceled on the 46th day. There will be no refund of original deposits.
• The layaway locks in the current price; you are not eligible for price changes or new promotions after the order is placed.
• Canceled layaways are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the original total price. NO exceptions!
• The Billing address on the Original Order must match the card used for subsequent payments.
